Jatayu, can make our own marine prop with aluminum lid, or from brass sheet. for 300 or 400 motor, 1.5 to 2 inch dia is enough.and for a high speed operation, can make flat bladed one, with less pitch, to avoid cavitation, and can go with steep pitch with slow, but with torque.we can make a prop in easy, and can adjust the pitch according to our needs, will works excellently. a three bladed one will works great, and the props with coarse pitched will need ample of rotational torque.if you are going to make a high speed craft can fix motor directly. and if you are looking for a long time running with slow specs, can add a current limiter up to 1, or 1.5 amps. so a 5 amps battery will give you lots of running time. in salt water a prop cut from a brass sheet will be good.
