Magnets are fixed with outrunner by epoxy. How they lost ? I see the prop fixing screws are missing.
Is someone opened the motor and take away magnets ? Then even after taking another one, you may still lose the magnets from new casing. They are very good motors. Check them at hobbysea.com available at 869/-. Similar speed power/weight/KV motor available at RCBazaar but with different dimension and very low stock with less price...
You can try.
We have to unite and to prove ourself to make indigenous products as well as marketing / Canvasing them. I'm sure we must achieve success if we try unitedly.

Magnets are there but they lost magnetic properties.

As far as I know magnets can only lose their properties through heat, a demagnetising field or shock (for older types of magnets). Has your motor faced any of these? How?

kiran rc

How did they loose the power. They are permanant magnets. They loose power when you heat them.

Yes i removed the c clip and took out the outer rotor.

Then heated  outer cover to remove the shaft .... the shaft got removed quite easily with 2 hammer strokes.

and The magnets too lost power !!!! :'(

People later suggested to keep the rotor in Freeze for 6-8 Hours to remove the shaft.

Anyone with a motor outer  to spare.... ( burnt motor etc.)

Looks like that's the problem. From the few disassembly videos I have seen, a mallet is advised to remove the shaft. How severely did you heat the motor bell?

But that is unimaginable, Normal heating can't lose the magnetic property of a fixed magnet I think,
I don't know at what temp. a magnet loses it's magnetism though !
