One cell of my TX lipo is leak and dead.

I need single cell for my TX lipo.... preferably 2650 mah and Turnigy brand .

I wouldn't even think about repairing a LiPo, even if it's a low discharge pack.
Unless you have a cell that's rated to the same voltage, C rating and is from the same manufacturer as the other cells in the battery, you're risking another meltdown or such nasty accidents.
And even if you have a replacement cell, be sure that the other cells in the battery are healthy.

LiPo packs are expensive, yes, but sure not worth the risk of using a potentially dangerous one.

I agree with anjan... you would be better off buying a new one
