You can get depron sheets from art supplies stores like anandas in Adyar.  Same shape will have bamboo skewers and hot glue, etc that you may require.

I am told that the same art supplies stores also stock balsa wood, but heard it will be expensive there. I personally haven't bought balsa from them, so I cannot comment. You may get corro sheets also in the same shop.
