I am puerly a beginner without any knowledge of aero-modelling or flying, some of my old friends who were N.C.C Cadets extended their willing to help me flying, So I need a very cheap as well as good model with basic R/C (one or two) controls

If you are not seriously interested in this hobby then you may go and buy a cheap chinese 2ch airplane. However, if u are really interested and have no knowledge about RC then please spend some time here and go through some of the common threads in the RCIndia gems.

I don't know how you will fly with one channel radio. But planes with 2 ch radio do exist. Some use elevons for turning, while the others i guess use two motors and then differential thrust for turning.
