i wanna buy a complete assembled gps quadcopter under 15k something like hubsan h501s or similar ones

Go for the Hubsan H501SS which is the professional version with an advanced controller. It has excellent flying time of about 20mins and gives an excellent range of 300mts and more. It's an awesome quad, with onboard GPS / RTH / Follow-me etc. The camera however is only a measly 720P, which is a forward looking camera on a fixed angle and hence cannot be adjusted to look down. You might like to spend some money on another HD camera. You should be able to get it within INR 15K.

But from where bro that's the problem
