Get your depron from Chuna mandi or sitaram.
There are no definite prices and sizes.
It varies from shop to shop.
For sitaram- latest price (5mm)- 40 inch x 30inch is for rs. 400
                                  24 inch x 30inch is for rs. 300 or so.
For chuna mandi;
               A sheet of 6 feet by 4 feet will set u back about rs. 500
My suggestion, Do not use depron as it is a material that is brittle ; It forms cracks easily ; and can't take crashes.
Use corroplast available at lower prices (rs. 100 for 3 mm and rs. 180 for 4 mm@ 6 feet by 4 feet)and make an avispad.
Corro is  rigid, better and flexible at the same time.
       As. it is low cost, crashes wont cost so much

P.S-There is a ground near my house( Ranji trophy ground)
     We can fly there.  Very Near to C.P
(to enter the place, you need somebody of Indian Railways to accompany you. My dad works for the I.R and i can get you in there.)      https://www.google.co.in/maps/place/Karnail+Singh+Stadium/@28.6379309,77.2170634,17z/data=!4m5!1m2!2m1!1skarnail+singh!3m1!1s0x0000000000000000:0x1ac51f34fefdbeaf?hl=en
