Its available for 2$ on banggood.com and
On goodluckbuy.com  with free shipping and i guess their is no custom duty for parcels below 20$
Even if i order it through dhl i will get it for 1100rs with shipping and customs
No offence but a 120 rs stuff sold at 1100 + shipping is too high price
