Need it to harvest some parts.

Actually looking for the Feather ( Woodruff ?) Key that locks the prop drive hub to the crankshaft.

My one fell off while servicing my engine and I guess entered some black hole

I too had lost my OS 90 Four stroke key, we managed to get one close to that dimension and then grinded sightly to fit.

Just check the area where industrial hardware shops are located and ask for the half round key.

That's a good idea. Mine is actually a feather key i.e rectangular with half rounds fore and aft  in line with the crankshaft (Plan view looks like a bathtub).

Shall look for the nearest larger size and then work with the grinder and a set of needle files. At least hopefully the steel will be of proper quality.
