Hello;
I am searching for a IC LM3909
Any electronics store with ONLINE PAYMENT option out there?
I am not so bent on going out to the bank to do transfers cause our vehicle will not be with us for several days.

For the curious people out there:
I am planning to do a simple flashing circuit with it for my model railroad after my exams.

if all you want to do is flash leds - consider using a 555 which is available
in every neighbourhood

I want to use it in the given circuit digram:

Would the wiring be the same?

saikat

I usually buy electronic parts from Electron Components. They have the IC you're looking for here. However, as Saikat sir said a 555 timer is much easier to find. I actually soldered up a 555 blinker circuit for one of my schoolmates and it is quite a simple circuit.

EDIT: My bad looks like it is out of stock. Take a look at this for an idea on how to make the circuit with a 555 timer. I could solder one up for you if you're interested since I probably have all the parts lying around.

Sir;
Electron components is my usual electronic store.
Everything i buy is from there.
Ill look up on the 555 circuit.
Thanks for your help.
