my old radio hk t6a v2  main ic got damaged & it is irrapeable so i m thinking of buying turnigy 9x but cannot purchase new due to budget problem as i m 10 class student so please help me guys  quote me affordable rate of turnigy 9x tadio with reciever

Hi Ritz, have you considered trying to find another T6A to swap the motherboards. You mat stand a better chance of finding it than waiting for a cheap 9X to turn up. What makes you think the IC is damaged in yours? It's rarely a component which dies. I have seen radios damaged by reverse polarity when fitting a battery and also by people trying to get more power from their radios adjusting the wrong trimpots and the PLL circuitry dropping out. Both faults should be easily rectified.

The T6A was a popular radio and perhaps someone has one tucked away which may have worn gimbals or broken switches etc. It's worth a try, if only to keep you on air until you find a 9X/9XR or even a 9XR Pro. :-)

Hi ritz can you post some photographs of the motherboard maybe i can help.

Also you can try the mod i did in the similar HK6a model with a Turnigy 9xr motherboard u will need just a USBASP programmer for the same if you want to program your transmitter.

Also in case if you just need 4 channels you can get a 4 channel motherboard which fits directly in your case for arround or less than 1000

Well, you're here posting as well. Do you usually follow me around? The thread came up in "recent posts" and I never bother with times the thread is posted. I prefer to work on the understanding that someone could come along later looking an answer to the same question. If he finds the answer before posting I've saved someone the time taken to answer a question already answered. Now giggle and scratch your hear re that post.
