It's possible , just pull out the pins from the first and put them in the second, if the pins size is different just cut the wire and solder it to the second's pin

Its bit bigger than what you want

I have 1s 240mah batteries
They work with the husban x6 quad
I dont know if they will with your quad

240mah is very less power. IMO

Too small/too big
