Hi..........
I am a begineer n wanted a 6ch radio set.......
my preference will be futaba or jr
what's your budget?
+1Amul.
Raunak, before you ask other, ask yourself how long you plan to be in the hobby? the investment would lot depend on that:
A. Short/immediate: May be a college project you all looking for. After that you take your own way. Save money then.
1. Very economical, yet functional 6 channel 2.4 GHz system form RcForAll (INR 3500/4600):

2. Look for used 27/42/72 old system, you may find many modelers moving to 2.4GHz disposing them. Look at Indian forums, buying form international seller is inviting a *huge* trouble at customs.
B. A beginner, but wish to remain longer in the hobby: Invest wise, so that you don't end up upgrading you TX soon. durability/reliability should also count for you
1. Sanwa RD-8000 . Feature pack 8 Channel Tx/Rx available with RCDhamaka. Biggest bang for your bucks:

2. Futaba T7C, 7 Channel Tx/Rx : Available at spherehobbies

3. If you are really tight budget go Spektrum DX5e (INR 7000) or Spektrum DX6i (INR 12000) at India Hobbies

Hope that helps...

good suggestion. but the one in the link is 4 channel . there is a e-sky branded 6 channel one for 4500 available with rcforall itself .
like ujjwaana said if you want longevity the rd8000 is that best bang for the buck !
Hitec OPTIC 6, 2.4GHz Tx + Rx , @ Rs.7,800-00 would also make a good choice.Available at rotor.co.in.
