I want a quadcopter under 15-20k rtf with gps,rth fuctions was thinking of xk detect x380 from sp4mm3r. So anybody has made one or can make with radio contact me on whatsapp or here

Sure you can get a Quadcopter in that range but " for aerial filming " matters ! CX 20 is without camera in RCM

The models like cx20 are made in mass production and are then retailed. Also the cost cutting comes at the price of the quality and that is why you will never can expect reliability from it. If you want to just get it for the fancy time they are good, but for the real pleasure of it you must invest and get a reliable system which works for you every time you get it out.

And you are talking about making at such a cost. I see that cost possible in a relatively good quality if your quantities are 1000+. Otherwise you could possibly import the cheap ones yourself.

I can extend budget if its worth it the xk detect x380. seems really good but scared of the customs from sp4mm3r i jus need a simple cheap one dont want to waste money unnecessary

i thought you termed " aerial filming " bit bore seriously !
Some one is RCI is selling his phantom 1 , ( it's bit too old but for aerial filming it's a good option )
his package includes p1 , h3 2D gimbal and GoPro camera !

If you are looking for a low price system RTF quad, Cx-20/Quanum Nova will be a great choice to go, I accept the fact that it will have low cost products but believe me with little bit of tuning and tweaking and some mods it is great to go,and I personally own it and have tested its capabilities, for that price range it is worth buying!

For Example look at this video ,this guy shows how to get great videos on a set up like Cx20! Hope this helps you out to decide what system you actually want! Happy Flying
