Cheap mean cheapest Electric RC Car (Full Function) s costs Rs200/-without rechargeable battery and from 400/- and above is with rechargeable battery. You will find this in your nearest shopping mall. Of course, this has no separate Rx and servo mechanism, the turning is sharp as feedback is not here (Non-linear on off control).

But still you can play and enjoy.
