I WANT TO build a plane so i want transmitter and reciever for <$20

Buy a cheap $10 RC car from the local toy vendor.  Then gut the electronics and use that to make a scratch build foam plane. It can be done with a little imagination.

No link needed.  Go to your local market where they sell cheap toys.
