Hello mkmk, I can give u a sol ........ Apply this only in case the trucks original radio was NOT digitally proportional. Which looks it was not what I can make seeing the ckt . Try putting a servo at the front steering and buy an brushed esc + battery 2s....this will give much better performance. See a post in this forum with word truckzee by rupeshkrishana. Why suggesting this ? I have tried it my self and was very satisfied.

it already have a servo in front,,if i buy a brushed ESC +battery,,how should i make it run,with out the remote,,i saw that post truckzee it was very very good,but didnt help for my problem,

Sorry i forgot to add the 2.4 Ghz remote it would be cheap  Approx = 2000/-

Is the servo digitally Proportional ? It may be a simple motor with an arm. or a regular servo with circuit.

In case it is just a motor with gears and arm... then above sol is the best.

Else trace the signal to ESC from existing Ckt and input to the new RX.

First clear was the old remote 2 ch digital proportional ?
