you can go with any 600mw fpv tx such as boscam or ts832 or mini version depending on your quad size also the most important is the antennas you choose with the directional anntenas you need to be flying directional inorder to achieve good result but with circular polarised you can get a decent 800mts also it varies from place to place where you fly and interference in your area

little over budget but will fit your need
