i m searching for fiber rods of 3mm 

can any one help me to find it plz

RCdhamaka and RCforallin both have it. Different dimensions. Are you, ike me, looking for cheaper alternatives?

If you are looking for cheaper alternative i would suggest you go to the nearest aluminium parts shop and ask them for pipe/rod of the diameter you want. I would recommend a pipe over a rod. Though heavier than CF rods they will cost you lot less.

You did not specify which fiber? Carbon or Glass? CF are available in India, but fibergalss, i doubt.
