Where can I get these parts ??

If I order from HK will it pass through customs??

Except for the LIPO, others should pass through customs if ordered from HK..

better not to order LIPO from abroad.. get it from INDIA..

I came back in RC hobby after long time and seeing HK is not shipping Batteries anymore to india,

from where we can order them ?? i.e Turnigy brand

I have not much idea, but you can Google it. You may also try Flipkart, Amazon and Indiamart.
