Why no one is offering any custom built quads fully assembled in india.I came across one site calle onlyflyingmachine where it states the advantages of buying ready to fly than built own especially for beginners.

There are LHSes who provide RTF models like http://robokits.co.in/quadrotors-hexarotors-drones?zenid=tsk3tc0tcrbuhrgpclgi9mu6p4 and PNF models which requires you to buy a battery and radio (rcproduct, vibranthobbies, quadkopters). Almost everyone buys PNF kits as the radio bundled with RTF kits are entry level and would need a change eventually. Also they are slightly overpriced, yes.
